Move, strengthen, and energize with this 30-minute total body Yoga Pilates fusion workout! In this moderate to intermediate class, we combine mindful Yoga moves with light strength training and Pilates exercises using dumbbells (up to 2.5 kg) to build strength, stability and mobility. Start with your bodyweight or light weights (0.5–1 kg) for a gentler option, or challenge yourself with slightly heavier weights (around 2 kg) if you’re ready. Modifications for the intermediate moves are offered, so you can adapt the practice to your needs.

No dumbbells? No problem – you can use bodyweight only, water bottles, cans of beans, shampoo bottles, Bala Bangles, or anything you have at home.

This class is filmed outdoors on a peaceful beach in Denmark, offering a moment of movement, strength, and calm connection to nature.
